Silicon non-stick is the perferred coating for high suger cake.Silicon has a much shorter service life than PTFE coatings.For cakes containing more than 20% sugar,it is recommended to use with a suitable amount of stripping oil.
Under the condition of brushing oil,the stripping effect of silicon is much better than teflon.
